Returns & Exchange Policy
We know you will love our products here at ONENINE ACTIVEWEAR, as much as we do ! But for any reason should you be unhappy with your purchase ; sizing, choice of colour we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date.
Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging.
- The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.
- The item was not purchased in a sale period.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days processing time for our team to contact you.
- Sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. (Returning item(s).
AFTERPAY RETURNS:
If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, once a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
RETURNS:
To start the process of your return, simply print out the returns form and include it in the returns parcel with your product (as described above) and send back to;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
